this is a scene from an arabic play..the scene is al azhar interiors..in the scene the most important thing is the minbar..(the part were the shekh stands and gives lectures) ,the main lighting idea was to concentrate on the minbar..and the green color was to give this spritual feeling+green gives a sad feelig...

i know it really needed more time..

i always hate the background part of drawing any pic, because i'm so not very good at it. i'v spent my time studing people and faces that i have ignored the rest, but wow! this picture is amaising! i am very drawn to the shadows here
